Hefei Bangli Electronic Co. Ltd was established in 2001, located in the Hefei High Technology Development Zone. The share capital is 4 million Yuan.
The company is a high technology enterprise of Anhui province, which is supported by the National Technology Department’s Small and Medium Enterprises Development Fund and is a pilot company chosen by Hefei Government to execute their technology research and development plan.
The company is involved with the development and manufacture of automobile electrical devices. The main products include ABS (Anti-lock Braking system) vehicle speed sensors, fuel level sensors, manifold heat controllers and water level warning systems inter alia. The eight main types of product comprise of more than thirty different products. The company provides products to prestigious enterprises such as Beijing Foton Automobile, JAC Automobile Plc, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Cherry Automobile and Shan’Xi Automobile amongst others.
The company has the capability to manufacture 120,000 Fuel-level sensors per annum. The new type of Fuel-level sensors manufactured by the company currently has a market share of 30% in the national light vehicles market, and 40% of the heavy vehicles market.
The company is dedicated to the advancement of new technology and has built up a technology development team with a high-quality structure of age, knowledge and experience. This is reflected by the fact that more than 40% of staff have benefited from higher education. Research and development expenses comprise more than 6% of the turnover of the company per annum.

The fuel level transmitter is an essential applicant that provides the driver information of fuel level in the tank; therefore the driver can fill fuel in time and prevent the vehicle stopped due to run out of petrol.
Currently the fuel level transmitter use traditional sliding rheostatic fuel level transmitters and thick-film resistance fuel level transmitters in China and it is high fail rate which affect the sales of vehicles. The sliding rheostatic sucked in fuel for long term and easily abrasion and eroded; frequently causing problems such us open, short and mechanic abrasion. The average fail rate more than 6%, it is more than 30% in some manufacturers.
In the end of 90’s, the new generation sensors have been developed.
Bangli Co. started developing the new type of fuel level transmitters since July 2003, the transmitter use magnetises inside float item influence on reed switch and built up the comparison relationship between fuel level and export resistance and it can measure the change of fuel level.
The sample certified by China Automobile Quality Certification Centre, the test report indicated that every technical index of the sample meet the requirement of the national standard.
The company applied the Patent for invention and new creation in April 2005. At present the Patent for new creation has been achieved.
Beijing Foton Automobile’s Oman heavy trucks have transmitted to our product in March 2005. The company has supplied to JAC Automobile Plc, Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Jianglin Automobile.
Our BLYW serial fuel level transmitters have passed the test by Local technology department, the board certified that the technology of fuel level transmitters is advanced level in China.
